Learning From the Greats — Ryan Hall

About a year ago I read a training journal from Ryan Hall before he ran 2:04 at the Boston Marathon…throughout this training journal he was STRUGGLING. His stomach was seemingly always a problem and he just wasn’t able to hit all of his workouts.

But, he never stopped believing.

And training isn’t just the 8-12 weeks leading into your goal race…it’s the years that you’ve put in, building up, racing, and learning the event.

Ryan never stopped believing and was able to turn in the fastest marathon performance ever for an American marathoner.
