CONSISTENCY

Every day is an OPPORTUNITY to get FITTER, FASTER, or to RECOVER. That is what it means to be CONSISTENT in training. And when you view it that way, there are no days off and there are no wasted days.

Everything that we do, in regards to running, is to either get us FITTER, FASTER, or to help us RECOVER.
