Monthly Online Coaching
$50.00 per month; training plans are sent out every Thursday for the upcoming week. This allows you the weekend to adjust and prepare for the coming week’s workouts. It also allows for me to make any adjustments if necessary.

Yearly Online Coaching
$500.00 for 12 months; this is the best bargain as you basically get two months of coaching for free. I believe it takes at least 12 months to see real benefits to any training program and so why not save $100.00 and invest in the 12-month plan?
